"Found this beauty on carfax The sales process was very good. I live out of state, so they sent me additional photos and videos as I requested. Car was delivered to me , everything was great until I could not open the convertible top. I called and they said it’s common for the release to go bad on those cars but don’t worry we will take care of it and you will not have to pay. It’s been two weeks, needless to say, I’m out. The convertible not being able to open should have been disclosed on the website. Update *** They took care of the part for me, and the labor. They reimbursed me for the work done. So I am very satisfied and will recommend this dealer highly !"

"We bought at a 3000 gt from this place, test drove it, wouldn’t start at first and had to be jumped off. Talked us out of getting the warranty, said it wouldn’t be worth it! Left there and had to buy a new battery because it had the wrong size battery in it! Less than two days later the engine blew, not even two days!!!! Called them and they said to tow it to dependable motors, were told the engine was blown and they could only replace it if we found and bought another motor and only if worked on at the mechanic they chose and would only pay labor cost for dropping a new motor in it! Paid $7500 and were expected to pay another $1,000-$2,000 for another motor. Had it taken to another place, since we’re expected to cover it all we’re making sure it’s done correctly, so their mechanic charged us more for diagnosing it, Smokey mountain auto sales wouldn’t even cover that charge! Don’t trust this place, take your hard earned money somewhere else!"

"I drove a few hours to pick up a hard to find Cadillac Allante in very nice condition. After checking everything out, we noticed the air was not as cold as it could be. Jordan called a tech, and within 15 mins it was fixed and we were ready to hit the road. The drive back was very pleasant, and it is a great running and great looking car. I think a lot of people expect some of the older cars to be showroom new, and unless you want to pay the super high premiums for finding such a beast, then most of the cars on this lot are very fairly priced. I will be back to look at some of the classic on their other lot in the very near future...."
