"I have owned a 350 Coupe that has been nothing short of a nightmare! This was a custom build and arrived with numerous problems that I have been working through with Sea Ray for many YEARS and am still having major problems! The list of issues has been endless with the engines, electrical, generator, swim platform, oil leaks, fresh water leaks, random alarms that are unexplainable, as well as numerous other issues. I have been so disappointed in the amount of time my family has been able to use the boat each year because the boat being mechanically broken down. My family and I were so excited to buy this boat, however because of such a terrible experience with it and the process to “fix” the boat, all I think about is the time, money and frustration I have had! I have personally spent hours upon hours on phone calls, sent dozens and dozens of email to now have a boat that is out of warranty and is having recurrent issues that I am now stuck with paying for as described in an email from a Sea Ray Rep just today! Sea Ray sold me a Lemon and will not do anything more than what they are obligated to do by the warranty, but as I see it, it took literally years to fix certain issues which continued past the warranty…. This is my family’s second new Sea Ray, but will be the LAST with how they have handled this! Hopefully their Quality Control has improved for the sake of future owners! Sea Ray has changed my view of boating from what could have been such an enjoyable weekend retreat to a painful regret after what my family and I have gone through."
