"The service was great but the food, seemed to be not up to par, or as it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Wasn't very fresh nor as it was last time I had eaten at this same location . Highly disappointed to say the least."
"Special recognition to a young lady named Ellie (?) who has been there only two months. She is a great ambassador for the business. Courteous. Friendly. Knowledgeable. One of the best young employees I've encountered in a long time. Couldn't ask for a better experience. She definitely deserves a raise!"
"The food was ok. Not hot kinda like warm if that. We were the only customers in the store at 5pm. The employees looked so sad . The manager was changing food labels right on the front counter, asking her employees what the dates are so she can’t change them, I work in the restaurant business so I know exactly what she was doing. The one thing that really upset me was while we were there a little old man who could barely walk came In, asked for a kids meal and she would not sell it to him. Just said “sorry”. I mean have a heart. How sad. Shame on you Hardee manager ."
"My boyfriend had to work later than normal and so we stopped at Hardee's in Vonore around 8:40pm. They close at 9pm. Crystal was friendly and helpful. This was our second time going to a Hardee's. Crystal was also handing out the food through the drive-thru window. She apologized for the wait and explained that only she and the manager were working. Two workers had called in that evening. My food was hot! Big, huge plus! I took off a point for food quality because the burger had a weird taste. The drive thru was packed! I guess everyone was hungry at the same time and decided to stop at Hardee's. These workers hit it out of the park. Amazing customer service. I was impressed! I will definitely stop back to this location. Thank you Crystal for superior customer service! We really appreciate the manager for busting her hump cooking for all of us in the drive-thru!"
