"This man is amazing. Fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. The price you ask? Way more than fair. I called every computer place between Kingston and Knoxville. Either you get someone who said it will be a well just to look at it maybe longer. Or you don’t get an answer. One guy quoted 250$ for a 500gb ssd and to install it…. That’s insane. D-Man is insanely good at what he does and more than happy to work with you. Thanks D-Man you are my computer guy until I move out of state."

"Excellent place for computer repair! I would recommend this location over a chain store as you'll receive much better computer care and service than a chain with the bonus of an affordable labor price. Laptop went in pretty much busted and totally dead, but came out better than before. Mainly because he had to find the same model and insert my hard drive into it, so it's basically a new computer with my old data on it. Interestingly, the new body has a more vibrant screen, a longer lasting battery, and a disk drive, which my laptop's old body did not have. It's always refreshing to get a laptop back 10x better than when it was dropped of, since I've had bad experiences with other repair shops in the past. Not this place though! He will also keep you updated with calls, or you can call the store, and calls are always professional but to the point, so I never ended up being on the phone for more than one or two minutes. Which is also great :) Def give it a go if you need repairs instead of driving to Knoxville for a chain store!"
