"Apparently one of my friends just needed an oil change and apparently you guys failed to do one simple thing and purposely did cosmetic damage to the vehicle. AND accusing her of lying about it. Valvoline has always been terrible with service for many years and thus I don't recommend this location and others. Take your business elsewhere."
"My sister is on the side of the road with three kids a day after she got an oil change from this location, unfortunately she didn’t ask me before she came here, had she, I would have told her NEVER take your vehicle here. This company is have the worst reputation at multiple locations in at least two states that is aware of. If you don’t make it right with my sister I will make sure everyone within 100 miles knows what you do to people! Shame on you for not caring about your customers, this is a new vehicle that was fine before you touched it!"
"Quick, friendly, and quality work! Above was my first review that I was happy to fill out when asked. It was 5 stars until I got home and found a giant oil stain under my car. Car never leaked a drop before my stop on 3/28/24, now it hasn’t quit. Can’t even drive the car until a gasket is replaced. I was assured they did nothing to cause this said leak, even when they believe they put too much in the day of the oil change….so I was told good luck and the repair “isn’t all that hard”.I won’t be back, and also will tell as many people as possible to stay away, unless you want a hefty shop bill…"
