"I am currently waiting to be loaded. Had a 7am appointment. Was next in line and was told to circle around. It's now 9:30 and still setting here,with 2 trucks between me and the door and they're company trucks. I've got no chance of making my delivery appointment at this point."

"If you’re not being paid by the hour this place should be avoided. 30 minutes to unload per truck. Their trucks get priority. If your 1st in line and three of their trucks show up. You have to wait on them to get unloaded/loaded first. That means 1.30hr of wait time even if your first in line. **APPOINTMENT TIMES DO NOT MATTER** this is NOT first come first serve either, it’s screw you and your schedule and their trucks go first."

"Always unloaded fast. Overhead crane and nice people. Never loaded out as they have their own trucks for that."

"Most horrible place to unload. They need easily 1.5 to 2 hours to unload a single coil. No, this is not a joke. Every other company can do this in less than 30 minutes, not them. The whole system 'by appointment' doesn't make any sense. You have to show up and check-in on time or the latest one hour after your appointment time. But don't expect to get loaded in a timely manner. You easily sit there several hours because they are just super slow and just do one truck at a time."

"Great place. When I got there to unload I was the 8th truck in line for the door I needed. I was empty and out of there in 1 hour and 5 minutes. The crane operator was friendly too. I'd gladly go there again"
