"My Doctor is good but the staff is horrible and rude. I've also had many billing issues where they try to bill for services not rendered. They tried to tell me that because something was mentioned during the visit I was billed. Since no service was performed I had them re-bill or I was going to file a faud complaint with my insurance."
"If you have any issues with the staff and their ability to be a people person, BE careful. My wife was just told to not come back because her husband had called corporate office on them. Dr. Charles Powell has been an excellent P.A. and stated that he was being forced to remove her from his practice by people higher up from him. I don't know who these people are but I am trying to find out."
"Doctor Webb is a fantastic doctor! I'm 64 years so I have had many doctors. He is absolutely the best Dr I have ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond listening to you and answers all questions and in a way you can understand. The office staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome Doctor Webb's nurse Susan is as fantastic as Dr. Webb . I highly recommend if you are looking for a new Doctor to put Dr. Webb on top of the list!"
"I see Dr. Katoura Patterson with the physicians group and have been impressed by her knowledge and compassion. My medical history is pretty complicated, but she gets it. She also treats me like a person instead of treating me as though I was another sore throat or muscle problem. There is an urgent care clinic on site that has seen me a couple of times. it's open after hours. They share records with the internal medicine group upstairs and speak well of each other. I feel that everyone is on the same page. The lab is usually able to get me on the first stick, which I love."
