"Very Responsive and from the outset it is obvious John and Sandy have a lot of understanding and experience with higher end home building.This was a $2M+ project and J&S’ team were able to involve their own and outside respected engineers and architects when the project called for it - and our major remodel required it on at least two occasions due to 2nd flooring and foundation repairs. As an absentee owners We also had a few weather problems cause damage and flooding and to our relief J&S was there (even on Saturday game day) to come out with crew and voluntarily help! Special thanks to Sandy and his patience and attitude in a difficult building time in North GA where it’s not easy to get quality, qualified pros to do the work."
