"Highly disappointed with last purchase. Shipment order was forgotten about until I called 6 days later, told it would be delivered in the afternoon. Didn't receive order until 8:15 at night and to top it off, 4 of the 6 bottles had no nicotine, after I was told they could add it. Guess they forgot that too. So much for trying to support a small, local business. Guess I'll be saving money getting it on the internet. Other than it being delivered instead of shipped after 6 days of patiently waiting, no attempt to make it right was made. Should have been delivered immediately by the owner with a sincere apology to keep a customer."
