"They took down my review for some reason. Don't do business with them. They run this bank like a Mafia and will send fat little losers to your house to take your car with no warning and harrass your girlfriend or wife."

"My family has kept account at La Porte Savings Bank and now Horizon Bank for over 20 years and we're very satisfied with their service. I get to know some of the staff and have had helpful employees resolve any problems that I encounter. We're staying."

"As far as banks go literally bottom of the barrel. I've dealt with fraud over 7+ times in the last two years and they take weeks to refund me and make it a difficult process, where I have to call multiple people and talk to the manager. I've even had to call other locations to get it resolved. There security is severely lacking whatever it is that they have in place. I've never had this issue with another "bank". We have e-statements and direct deposit and there are monthly service charges that still occur. We have thankfully switched to a smaller local bank and no issues!! This last fraud on my account they decided to no longer deal with me and not refund me anything. The company refunded most of it and I closed the accounts. Please re-consider where to put your hard earned income, because this bank in particular will not protect it."
