"Prepare to keep "knocking on wood" until you go elsewhere. Every roof on our road replaced in a bad hail and wind storm. Our replacement claim was denied flat out. Company will not pay roofing claims, no matter what. Visible damage confirmed by multiple contractors, but they still denied it. First adjuster was extremely rude, and our first agent actually left the building when I stopped in and asked for her to discuss our claim. After that, she refused to return calls or emails completely."
