"I ordered a Welch Allyn BP cuff which was received in a reasonable time however when I opened it for the first time, the needle on the pressure gauge was broken, fixed at 140 mmHg. When I called to return the item for a refund, I was asked if I wanted to submit a warranty claim through Welch Allyn. I told the customer service rep that it was a brand new product, and I did not have the time to go that route, nor should I have to for a new product. The rep gave me a return authorization code, but informed me that my original shipping fee was not refundable, AND I had to pay the return shipping fee also. I can't believe I had to pay to have a defective product shipped to me, and then pay to send it back.. a defective product that Steeles shipped to me. Their customer service is pathetic.. they clearly have no interest in doing the right thing, nor earning any customer loyalty."

"I bought some Littmann stethoscopes on June 28th, on July 6th I texted and asked why I haven’t received shipping information Yet, and they answered it takes 5 bussiness days for preparation for shipping. Finally they shipped the package until July 10th, received it 4 days later, and when I opened it, it was only half of the products I ordered. I called again and they told me that the rest of it would be shipped until July 17th. I cancelled and asked for my REFUND. They did it after several times I asked for it. Dont buy here, look for another options for medical stuff"

"Very disappointing. Ordered a product that was stated was in stock. It wasn’t and was on back order. I only found out once I reached out to them after the stated delivery date was past. After finally receiving my order the item they shipped was defective and unusable right out of the box. They offered no refund or replacement but told me to contact the manufacturer of the product to see if it was covered by the manufacturer warranty. Steer clear! Look to buy your equipment from more trusted and helpful distributors."

"Not a brick and mortar store location. Medical supply grade equipment warehouse purchased & shipped through website. On the phone, the Customer Service staff was very helpful in selecting a high quality blood pressure monitor with the correct fit cuff for my low body weight mom."

"I called to chat about stock with someone and she was SO helpful- asked what part was broken on my diagnostic kit, informed me what was out of stock, and gave me suggestions for how to get my current handle/battery working again. I was able to order the replacement parts easily- she gave me the part numbers. We’ll see how they work when I receive them, but I thought the customer service was so great I wanted to share!"
