"Very unprofessional! Amanda one of their recruiters had found me a job and I told her prior to me going to the walkthrough that the place had had a lot of bad reviews and I wasn't quite sure if I wanted the position she asked me to go anyway and if I didn't want it we could go from there so I had went and I actually thought it would have been a nice place to work and was really considering taking the position but I was offered another position closer to home and pay was just about the same amount. Now she had called me a few times trying to get a hold of me to find out if I wanted to take the position I called her couldn't get through so I left a voicemail stating that I was taking another position through another company and she called me a few more times after that so I had called just to touch base with her just to make sure that we were all on the same page and when I finally got a hold of her she was very rude and claimed I had never called to let her know that I wasn't taking the position which I had called twice as a matter of fact but the moral of the story is the recruiters are very unprofessional!! Well I can't speak for the other recruiters but after that very rude encounter with Amanda I would never work for a company who allows their recruiters to speak to people that way!"

"I would never suggest going through this staffing agency, EVEN if you're desperate. I would even give it zero stars if it would allow me to. I'll start with the only positive thing I could possibly say, and that is that they will help you find a job very quickly. Other than that, there is NOTHING else positive about this place. They will place you into a factory with a high turnover rate so when you get tired of the job and ask for help to find something different, they can put it down that you quit without notice and take half of your paycheck. YES, you read that right. They will lower your pay to minimum wage because "you quit without notice." It doesn't matter if you called asking for help to find something else because the job wasn't a good fit for you. IT DOES NOT MATTER. They will decrease whatever your pay rate was down to minimum wage, regardless if the hours were already worked. This place is not worth the frustration, time, or effort."

"If I could give you a quarter of a star that would be too much for this place! There is a lady that works there named Bethany she hires friends and family to work for jobs and when things don't go her way then she makes it difficult for other people that are related to her! When I went in there to get a job she answered her personal phone and talk to her husband while she was helping me get a job! she told me what I would be making and I did make that and then she said I will get you more money and the day we went to orientation she said oh yeah I got you a dollar more an hour and at orientation said the lady approved it! Then for two weeks she wasn't paying me the extra dollar an hour and then I had a fight with her to get the extra dollar an hour and she's so disorganized she just doesn't know what she's doing! I think she's at a job that is too much for her and family and friends do not belong under her supervision for working they should have went with another person at the office! So if you're related to her or you went to school with her or you're her friend she's the person to go to for a job but if you're not don't get her to help you!"

"I give JMJ a 4. Reason is because they are not like other temps. They aim to place you with the highest paid job that your skills allow you. They dont take a % out of your pay like most temps do. The ladies there you professional, friendly and organizations. Very detail with the job they send you to."

"Went in to have them help me find a job. I was there a total of 10 minutes talking to Mandy. She asked if I was aware that JMJ was strictly a factory job placement company. I responded "yes". She then proceeded to ask what kind of job I wanted which I responded "any as long as training would be provided". She then asked what is the least amount I would take. I answered and she told me that she couldnt help me. Worst experience ever."
