"This was my first time going to a professional for taxes. It was awkward and uncomfortable. It was complete silence for an hour. Steve was the gentleman's name. He kept sighing really loudly while looking at me and made me feel like I was a burden and inconvenience. After already not liking my experience, I was told at the end it was $600 to file my taxes. I took my belongings and left and told them not to file for me. How can that be right? I would not recommend this place to anyone. I seriously feel so blind sided and aggravated this happened."
