After a thorough inspection & definition of my issues, costs were quoted for each component of the job. The projects were completed efficiently. My kitchen sink looks so much better (sink & garbage disposal drains replaced) and my hot water heater is safe from sediment (heater was flushed). Justin & Logan patiently answered all my questions & even gave suggestions for small issues that did not really require professional service. Regional offers a Membership maintenance Service that includes annual inspections of A/C, Heating & Plumbing. I joined & do recommend it's purchase."

"Erich & Logan just installed a new hot water heater in my home. I can not recommend them enough. They were very thorough when explaining everything that happened to the previous water heater. They also were able to give me things to look out for. We also had David come out to check on our furnace and AC. He was able to detect the problem and lead us in the right direction of who we needed to get in contact with next in order to get a new furnace and AC."

"Regional was a great choice for me because I initially got a quote from a different place but he quoted me all the low end stuff, assuming I didn't have a pot to piss in, so I called this place and although it was a much higher price, I qualified for 3 years zero interest, and I felt that was fair, plus they offered me some discounts and I qualified for a NipsCo rebate (which I haven't gotten back yet so we will see). I got some of the best stuff out there and we have had extremely hot temps in the 80s and 90s recently and my A/C has never kept up so well! I have a cape cod style home and the upstairs usually gets really hot in the summer, it's finally tolerable on those scorching days. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service, professionalism, and courtesy was top tier. I have 4 animals in the house, 3 cats and a dog and all 4 gentleman that were here were highly considerate to make sure the doors latched when entering or leaving my home. My units are in my basement and they did a really professional job installing not just my HVAC unit, but also my water heater. The copper piping is a masterpiece of art imo. On top of the fact that I have tools and other useful items down there, all of it remained untouched, I'm so happy I found a company with trustworthy employees! Tim who was the supervisor (super professional and easy to work with) James, and Raff did the HVAC install, and Jesse was the plumber. Overall I am highly satisfied with the experience and I would recommend them!! Great job guys!"
