Reviews
"I've been to this support center a couple of times and had a negative experience with one staff member (black African lady) who was rude and racist towards Indians. My friends have faced the same issue with her. It’s surprising that someone with such an attitude is allowed to work there. She treated us poorly and looked down on us, even though we have advanced degrees and respectable jobs. She really needs to learn to treat everyone with respect, no matter their background."
"I wanted to share our experience at this location because it was very upsetting. The African American woman who handled biometrics at the Michigan Application Support Center was not only rude but also displayed RACIST behavior. She treated my family and me poorly during our appointment. She initially claimed our travel document wasn’t valid, although another staff member later confirmed it was VALID. She wanted us to leave even without confirming anything, but the other woman who was nice needed to verify whether the travel document was valid for the biometrics. She made things very hard for us and made us wait for longer. My toddler was crying a lot while we waited, and when my husband gave him a cookie to calm him down, she insisted that food wasn’t allowed and demanded we take the cookie away from him, even though other staff were understanding and had no issue with it. I’ve never seen anyone make parents take food away from a crying baby. I’m writing this to urge those hiring at this center to ensure that employees have good social skills and treat everyone with respect. It's important that staff are well informed about all USCIS documents and do not exhibit racist behavior. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE RACIST TO WORK WITH IMMIGRANTS."
"I got there early, was allowed to go in early and had my finger prints and photo taken for naturalization biometrics within 5-10 minutes. The ladies working there are lovely. My appointment was 9 am and I was out by 9:02 :)"
"Very nice people except that one black lady who is so rude I don’t know how she is working with immigrants if so racist"
"Today my husband Juan and I had such a wonderful experience with the lovely ladies there. They were so kind to us, we even invited them to come eat at our restaurant."
