"Wow! Went in for cryotherapy and stayed for red light therapy, full body massage chairs & a spinal stretch table that gave so much relief to my compression. Claire and Sam were very friendly and incredibly helpful in explaining everything. Can’t wait for my next session. Cryo is only 3 minutes so it doesn’t really require an appointment- the chairs and table are are 1st come 1st serve but the other services may need to be booked in advance but I was lucky enough to spend almost 2 hours there as a walk in."

"Wasn't sure what benefits to expect from going to A Hot Place To Chill. Had a knee replacement 5 weeks ago and going to physical therapy at Results in Michigan City. The crew there is outstanding and coupled with all the benefits from Matt Parker helping with his knowledge is incredible! Red light therapy, Cryotherapy, massage chairs, sauna, compression therapy, tanning and couple other pieces.of equipment are available! Very clean and absolute courteous service. I AM definitely reaping the benefits! THANK YOU!"
