"if i could give this 0 stars i would. my train to chicago was delayed over 4.5 hours. it still is. there are no updates being sent. we are all stranded here. no bathrooms. nowhere to buy water. it’s the middle of the night. no hotels open. absolutely unbelievable"

"This isn't a station in the usual sense of the word - it is a platform that is covered. It does have a wheelchair ramp for handicap accessibiliity. It is a very safe location, even at night. One thing that isn't mentioned by anyone, however, is that the station is just across the parking lot from the Harbor Grand hotel! So if you want to enjoy a vacation and don't want to deal with driving, your best option is to take either the Wolverine or the Blue Water to New Buffalo, and book a room at the Harbor Grand (which offers excellent accomodations). It's a short walk to the lakefront or to the downtown area."

"Cute little station in the heart of downtown New Buffalo. Great location a short walk from the beach. No electronic or in-person ticket handlers but you can buy your tickets on Amtrak’s website or app. No bathrooms, limited parking."

"Cute little station in New Buffalo. There is only a partially covered platform, a bench, and area for parking. The access ramp affords handicapped access. There is no facility to buy tickets or see a schedule. I usually have to walk to the Subway 1/2 block away for a drink or use their facilities!!"
