"Showed up a day early, which is on me because I didn't realize my delivery wasn't until 8/31/24 @ 12. Speaking to security yesterday, 8/30/24, the guard radioed the warehouse, and they told them they didn't have space for what I have. Security told me I could park across the street and check back in the AM at 7:30. I did just that first thing this morning and was told they have two trucks at 8 and 9, and if they don't show up, then I'll get a call. Otherwise, I'll be here until 12. This place is firm with their delivery schedule, so I'd call ahead and try and reach security if you can. You will have no luck reaching the shipping and receiving manager. I left a voicemail prior to my arrival from Texas and didn't get a call back. I also called again yesterday and got no answer after being stopped at the gate. This is my experience, and I'm not necessarily thrilled by all the wait time to do what they'll have to do now or at noon. I'll add this to the list of no return."

"Very fast and easy, professional. The 505 address is wrong for trucks. Address for pickup is 130 Tri Quad Drive Michigan City. Only thing is no mask no loading. Otherwise great. 30 min total"
