"The postal carrier and office people are terrible here. I think the lady behind the desk has bugs in her pants she can't reach to scratch. I just found out they are returning random mail to companies(including the DMV) telling them the address is not accepting mail! This is not true. We desperately want our mail. I think they may just be too lazy to deliver it. Other people in the area have the same problems. Some days mail just doesn't show up. The whole thing is a poorly run mess."
"Glad to no longer have to deal with this post office. Mary is the most condescending postal worker I've ever come across. Never cracks a smile, never says hello, never responds when someone says have a nice day. Is she tired of being alive? I don't know, but she definitely hates everything and everyone. I've been told she's been there for years, so she'll never be fired. Probably because it's likely her boss is afraid of her. Want to see what Mary looks like? "I hate going here to drop off packages that I need to mail out. My post office is only open for a few hours a day, so I have to drop them off here. I get yelled at by the workers because they say I can't drop off packages there because I don't live in Medford. So I try to use other shipping methods other then USPS."
"The lady working today September 22nd 2021 is was very condescending and rude. Me and my son walked in asking prices for Post office boxes. All she could do was point around the corner and said " the price is around the corner" "look". No greeting when we came in and no smile. She look like she did not like her job or didn't want to be there."
