"This company is selling a box truck on FB marketplace. I called and spoke with the owner yesterday and was told the only issue was a overdrive problem and that if we liked it we would purchase today and drive home. I had 2 employees go to look at this vehicle which is a 7 hour round trip to find out, it doesn't start, batteries are shot, alternator is toasted along with a giant hole in the side of the box on the truck. Not to mention the inside had cigarette burns and smelled of a pack plus smoker a day. If they can't be honest about a vehicle they're selling I can only imagine what kind of run around they'll give you."

"Had a new furnace and central air system installed. The guys doing the job were very professional and friendly to talk to. They addressed any concerns I had, showed up on time, and had unit installed and working the same day. Definitely will be doing business again in the future."

"They came in and told us that they recommend we put in a new two stage furnace to provide sufficient heat to the upstairs cabin home. We then purchased the new furnace, paid them ( got numerous calls within a week asking us to send the payment)…even after it was sent. Then after returning to the home we found out they never ran the wires to a thermostat for the second stage. After 8 months and over a dozen phone calls, no response from the owner… even though office people assured us several times that Don would call us back. If you like no customer service after you write the check, this is your company."

"Worst business in the north woods! You would have a better chance getting struck by lightning on a sunny day then for this trash company actually call you back. Guys don't even know how to install a furnace right. Now we have to call a different company to fix their mistakes. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!!!!!!!"

"These guys are pretty good. I have no complaints about the actual dudes who fix your HVAC. They know what they are doing, get to you as quick as they can. However, their secretary needs lessons on how to be a human. Rude, inconsiderate, condescending, liar. Actually lied on the phone to us. When we caught her in the lie and brought it up, she tried to say she didn't say it. We had it recorded. Maybe call them before 8am, because you might get to deal with one of the actual people who do anything over there and not the useless secretary."
