"Great storage facility. It's nice to be able to drive in to unload and load a truck.... no worry about the weather. Climate control is nice too, if you have papers, documents, etc. in storage. Kathy, the Houghton Manager was great to work with. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the auto-repair/paint shop next door. Dust and fumes were in the air."
"I couldnt figure out what to do when I got here. Called the boss. It was easy after that. I also appreciated that I could back my vehicle inside to unload instead of standing outside freezing. They also supplied the lock for my storage space. Yup..5 stars"
"Terrible customer service, not able to answer any questions. Will just tell you the manager will call you back, but it’s at their convenience. Spent 2 hrs of calling customer service just to try and figure out how to get in with access code. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"It's a place to store your things. What do you expect? Used them twice for summer storage. It's temperature controlled and only way to get in the building is with a code. It seems like this is the only place with storage available during the summer."
