The grounds are always neatly trimmed and well maintained. The very best part about Mill Creek Pointe community is that it’s located 5 minutes from Indiana top public schools ."

"They don't repair anything charge for inspection dont do them . Water leaks in therepart of the line and refused to repair it code says they are responsible from the meter to the ground . Did repair meter left a big leak afterwards at the ground and froze at the ground 4 days no water and they telling me it my fault and i need to fix but its there line not mine codes say yhey are responsible all the way to the meter you get fined if you touch 8t"

"I wanted to update my review to address the Christmas Breakfast with Santa event. I would like to say the manager did an amazing job for the children and for the adults! Above and beyond and so nice and kind to do! The residents and children all seemed to have fun and the smiles on those kids faces spoke volumes, they loved Santa! Thank you Ana and crew, you were amazing!"

Clean paved streets, homes are very well kept !!!The yards are all clean and free from any debree !!!!! 5 star club house that is offered for any resident to use for any occasion their family needs!!! Not to mention community ran events for residents!!! The management team is very wonderful to interact with !!!!"
