"Update at the bottom!!! I have always bought fireworks here. We are having a baby and decided to get The Reveal fountain here. We drove to KY to get a few ariels to go with it had our gender reveal party last night and it was totally ruined by them giving us the wrong color they gave us pink when he even called management to double check and it was still wrong. We ended up having to just tell everyone it was a boy $1,000 later and many family members driving 3 hours. We were so upset and disappointed. We went back and they gave us our $100 bill back a foutain and one $35 cake. It was a once in a lifetime even for my boyfriend and we can't get that moment back.... They can't ever make it totally right but I feel as if they could have done better at making it right. UPDATE:THEY HAVE made this situation as right as they can! They gave us an entire firework show on them! My kids are so excited as well as the rest of the family! Thank you so much we appreciate it !!!"
