"I purchased the ten dollar automatic wash; upon entering the wash station, it is obvious that this location is run down and poorly maintained. After the undercarriage rinse, the program malfunctioned, and no wash was given. There is no personnel on site, nobody answers the phone, and there is no option to leave a message. "On Manual wash when you use a card you have to swipe your card again to add more time as opposed to some you just press a button to add time. It takes a good 10-15 seconds each time you swipe. Automatic would be good if it had a dryer but at least it is touchless."
