"When the headlight needed for my car didn’t come up in the system , manager Rachid took the time to look at my car and find the correct one I needed and installed it for me. He also took the time to explain and show me the differences between the types of wiper blades so I could properly decide which would be best for me. Highly recommend for friendly, great customer service at a nice price."

"It is a decent store but the staff is extremely rude. The first time I was there the member that helped me nearly broke my windshield wiper because he was aggressively angry. He also use foul language towards me. The next two times I was there the members that helped me were rude saying things such as "I don't get paid enough to help you with that". All I had asked was if he could point me in the direction of a tool for my car. I will not be returning here and recommend that anyone else spare themselves from a bad experience."
"Honstly wish I could give them zero stars! Tried returning a faulty fuel pump control module I got off the website here. I was quickly accused of trying to return a used part. When I got frustrated and defended myself he told me to watch how I talk to him and that I'm not going to come in his store and disrespect him. I had to buy a module from Ford to get my truck going. I offered to show him that receipt. He told me he doesn't need to see a receipt from the dealer. I ended up taking the part to the portage orileys where they returned it without question and apologized for it not working. I'll throw up a picture of the part the genius thought was riding around under my truck for 5 years!"
