"I highly recommend this company for their honesty. Their commitment to transparency and integrity sets them apart, making them a trustworthy choice for anyone seeking reliability and ethical business practices."
"My cousin’s mother’s funeral was held here and the funeral director was rude and lacked compassion. He used dark humor when they tried to tell them how particular she was about her hair and makeup and did a terrible job with both. They rushed the family out of the short ceremony to hurry to the cemetery. They were even rude about what order the flowers were removed from the casket at the cemetery. Having to watch my grieving family hold their tongues due to anger over the director’s unnecessary actions was not what the day was supposed to be about. They didn’t get to say their goodbyes in peace and that will be their last memory of the last time they got to see their mom. It was completely disrespectful and a pathetic way to treat people during the worst time of their lives."
"Ed Lee Mortuary took care of the arrangements for my mother. She had been in a nursing home and had been very sick. I will never forget the moment i saw her, She was beautiful. The care they had taken with her body was excellent. The staff was caring and took care of everything we needed."
"Attended a funeral here recently and had the worst experience of my life. No compassion at all for the grieving friends and family of the deceased, not to mention physically shoving our group to sit down when they ran out of chairs. If I ever get stuck here again I hope the funeral is for me so I don’t have to deal with their staff."
"Just attended a funeral for a young family member at the North Chapel branch. I witnessed 3 separate incidents of what can only be described as rude interactions from the two older men managing the funeral. There was no compassion from either of these men for the grieving people they bullied. I would NOT recommend using this funeral home."
