"Terrible customer service. Totally unprofessional. They take way too long to do their "shift change". There is no sense of urgency nor integrity. They are always out of ice. The employees are rude and disorganized. Bathrooms are always dirty. I saw an employee claim a bathroom had been cleaned when all she did was change the trash bag. There was no cleaning involved at all. I was previously in the restroom and it needed to be cleaned. Totally Lazy."
