"They NEVER stay open the hours they have listed. There have been multiple times that I have went to the bank around 5 or 5:15pm and they close at 6pm and they have everything shut down for the day. Not to mention, I live an apartment that has a washers/dryers that take quarters and when I ask to take out money in quarters…I get nothing but eye rolls and bad attitudes for the inconvience of not taking out cash. I will be eventually closing my acct and taking my business elsewhere."

"The employees at this branch are very unhelpful, and rude. I'm seriously considering changing banks completely due to this. Several times now, I have had to go back and deal with them because they "deposited my check incorrectly" so they just removed it. It is very difficult to pay my bills on time when I cannot depend on my bank!"

"Really bad customer service those two ladies over. There are so racist and lazy. They discriminate the people I went with my friend today we ask for a stamen. She said she cannot do it at the branch that we had to call customer service. That’s stupid good deal with Coke. Customer service customer service order heard that she had to do it then she do it, but it’s not fair. I’m totally disappointed."

"Stopped by yesterday to deposit money into my account. It was 12 minutes until closing time, so I understand they were probably ready to leave, but as I walked up to the counter the two employees looked at me and then walked into the back room and shut the door and never came back out. Extremely rude."

"Was interested in starting a checking account as I wanted to cash a personal check on Sunday and my online banking wasn't working. Save yourself a hassle and go down the road to German American or literally anywhere else. The staff was rude, unknowledagble, and unwilling to assist. They certainly were not concerned with making another client. I am surprised they've lasted this long. Not only did they refuse to set up my account because it would have a week hold on the personal check; completely unheard of. They also did not know any of the policies in regards to checking account fees, etc. Upon my own research I was shocked to find the monthly fees and overwhelming hassle the company is as a whole. I suppose these bankers were a great representation of that!"
