"I take the trouble to write my experience in this place. Today I went to do some paperwork. This lady assists me whose name I don't know and she tells me that she cannot accept the document since it was not in the English language. Oh really???? I ask her why she can't accept it and she tells me why it's not in English. I tell him that the document is legal, it even has the county logo that represents the city and the state. Clearly this is a case of discrimination since it does not matter what language it is in, be it Spanish, French, German, etc. Furthermore, it is assumed that there is no discrimination based on race, color, language, place of origin, etc. The point here is that the paper is completely legal and represents the government and you should accept it because it is simply legal. I hope this doesn't happen again and the agency heads do something and the people in those places do their jobs. Several people had suggested that I not go to this place since several people had had bad situations, but I decided to go. What a mistake, I had to witness and be part of a case of discrimination and racism at this point in my life."
"The employees were extremely rude and I don’t recommend going here. Go to Morocco instead"
"Extremely quick and helpful every time I go in. Always very friendly. I needed to get a new title on one of my vehicles, thought it would be a nightmare trying to figure that out. But they walked me through it and made it simple and easy."
"Copied and pasted from my review of the Demotte branch since it's the same workers. Having diarrhea with the whooping cough while bungee jumping is a more pleasant experience than dealing with the ladies at this branch. Don't go if you don't like being called "Hun" by a bunch of unfriendly government workers. Go to Morocco, it's a much better experience. P.S. They work at the Demotte branch as well, so avoid them at all costs."
"My experiences with the Rensselaer branch have always been pleasant. Yes, the waits can be long, but once being served, the folks are courteous and take care of the needed steps efficiently. I only wish they were open everyday, but this is a small town and the client load probably doesn't justify it."
