"Simple and easy to find the stores. Stays consistent."
"Must be nice to close a business whenever you want. Supposed to close at 8pm but closed early. I don't get off work until 6pm(hand written sign says closed at 6pm). Go to get my meds and I can't. Way to make some of us suffer. They don't open until 9 am and that's when I have to be at work, and 2 hrs after im supposed to take my meds. I hate that I'm forced to use cvs. This is just one more reason why I hate this pharmacy."
"If you are a diabetic this is the ABSOLUTE WORSE place to refill a prescription!!! If you need to speak to a Pharmacist it is almost impossible! If your sogar is low you will die before talking to someone! I used the automated operator and I ran out of Insulin so I needed to talk to a Pharmacist to get my Insulin, after 4 tries with automation I gave up. I will be going back to Walmart CVS Pharmacy totally sucks!!!"
"This CVS is THE MOST RACIST pharmacy I’ve been to. Their “manager” in the pharmacy is so rude and unprofessional. My mother in law speaks good English and she laughed at her for the way she was pronouncing words due to her accent and handed her off to her coworker. Made her feel embarrassed and upset. What kind of manager is that? I will be going to corporate with this!"
"If I could give them a negative 5, I would. At the top for most unprofessional an unapologetic staff. I had my specialty pharmacy ship my prescriptions (One is a fertility medication that needs refrigerated) to this CVS. I went early in the morning, and the lady working the pharmacy said she will send a text/call when they arrive. They arrived, but I wasn't notified. I called my Specialty Pharmacy later in the day worried, and they told me my meds had arrived at the location (CVS) 3hours ago. So, returning to the CVS I asked about my prescription, and again, the lady says they haven't arrived. I promptly tell them what the Rx company said about them already being delivered. The man also working the pharmacy said wait and confirmed my name. On the counter right next to the lady was a package, and written on it in huge letters was, "RUSH. PERISHABLE. INSULATED." My prescriptions were unrefrigerated for 3, almost 4, hours. I didn't pay thousands of dollars to have a baby just so this CVS could unthaw my dreams."
