"Not a nice person. Her tone was curt and her attitude was terrible. People are down when they have to ask for this help and she makes them feel worse. First she told me where I lived was unacceptable ( i told her it was better than my car ) then she said we had lived here too long. Not at all sure what that means. We have to live somewhere. She left me with the impression that we deserve to be homeless. Looking down on the people who need help is not appropriate for someone in her position."
