"I have only been here once. But very nice place. The staff was accommodating and helped me find what I had needed. Also, when I moved into town, I got in the mail a coupon for a free tape measure. And like $10 or $20 off my first visit to the store. It was like an old-time "welcome to our town" experience thank you and keep up the excellent work."
"I love Shield's. They are so helpful there. Don't get that kind of helpfulness in box stores. They also have a lot of supplies there. We just went in to purchase plumbing supplies. We were meet first thing, escorted right over to what we needed, she helped pick the right pieces. When we went to check out, the guy asked if we had xyz, we didn't. They got that for us too and saved us another trip. Wish I could give them 10 stars"
