"Went through the auto wash, it did a great job cleaning my SUV. The line moved fairly quick as well. The one thing that I didn't like or expect when in the middle of the line, was that the machine was credit/debit card only! Last time I went you could pay cash!..Now..Id rather get quarters and do it myself!"
"Used to be the very best carwash around and touchless. Family Express bought it and it went in the toilet. Constant maintenance issues, low water pressure at times, very little product (soap or wax) used. Now that the sale will be final next month, my monthly membership will not be renewed through EverWash. I’ll have to switch to Family Express app if I choose to continue. The prices are going up and the services offered will be fewer. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my monthly membership that I’ve had for years. Worst thing that ever happened to that amazing carwash was letting Family Express buy it."
"Unlimited Monthly member - Have been turned away 4-5 times in the past 3 months for various reasons (maintenance, app issues, different app issues, etc). 20 minutes round trip wasted each time. Contacted support and they just ignore half of the messages and give out generic responses. Also, they don't use enough water to rinse off the soap which is not healthy for cars. Will be looking for other car washes after this membership period is over."
