"This place purchase most parts from local auto part stores (Advance, Autozone, O'Reilly and Napa) and pay less than retail customers but charges almost doubled retail. I will post a receipt and dealership part number that discontinued the part so local part store is the only place they can get the part. When questioned they said that they have overhead and employee expenses and that is why they mark up parts. I responded, you don't store or stock the parts needed for my work and $90.00 per hour labor cost and shop cost covers that. I am debating to file a complaint with Attorney General for them performing less than an hour of work and charged me $79.00 for diagnosis and $90 for labor to diagnosis the problem. All American Tire Inc has a history of quality work but consumers may not know part prices and have no Idea they paying 50% more on parts. Well, All American has a solution for that. If you buy your own parts they change labor cost to $125 per hour and no warranty on labor. I am unsure if this practice is ethical but for sure it's greed focused. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️"
