"If I can rate this gas station a zero I would the short lady named Diane that opens early in the morning is rude and not customer friendly. If she don't like her job she need to find a place that makes her happy and the other lady Mary smells like alcohol when did this gas station turn into a liquor store? Something needs to be done about this bad business."

"I've been going to Luke's for years now and I CONSTANTLY have problems solely at this location. The employees favorite words here are "we can't do that" or "we can't accept that." This store is maybe two years old yet they don't accept split payments nor do they accept manufacture coupons for cigarettes. What year are y'all in? I'm surprised they even accept cash or card. They lost my business, I'll go to Family Express across the street. The employees are nicer there anyways, probably because they're paid better. I would rate zero stars."

"On a hot day I ran in to grab a fountain drink and a couple of 20oz. I was able to get what I needed with no issue except cost of the 20 ounce Diet Cokes, but the poor cashier was SLAMMED with a line of people at least 10 deep. He also had to get an order of roasted chicken ready. What's the big deal you ask? He was doing this all by himself on the busiest shift, 3-11. I don't have a problem with Luke, just having a problem with overwhelming the employees. I do realize that these days no one wants to work, and we're all doing what we can, but help the poor guy out. BTW, he kept a great attitude the whole time."

"I stopped at store #232 at 6:15 a.m. on Sunday (24th) to get coffee and a hot breakfast..All I could get was coffee..There was no hot breakfast food made..Lights were still off in the area where the hot food is made..There were no breakfast tornadoes ready either..That grill wasn"t even turned on. The girl employee couldn't say hi or thank you to me..She only told me what I owed..She looked like she stayed up all night.."
