"The workers were great professional came in got the work done no issues. The office though has little to no communication. They tried to tell me when they were going to do my roof. They sent me a email 48 hrs before ( I barely check my email once a week) they did not notify me when the roofing material was being delivered and when it was the subcontractor damaged my driveway. I notified the company the day it happened with pics of the damage. The only time I got any info was when I asked questions. Your estimate is your bill ( I was expecting a updated bill) I ended up getting 2 phone calls basically asking when are you going to pay the remainder of the bill (what the insurance company didn't cover). I went and paid in person and had a invoice for the repair of the driveway (that I was planning to do myself) and was told to my face that it looks old even though the rubberized crack seal and seal coating was done in the spring. I got nothing for the driveway except for "we can come out and look at it" even though they already had approx 2 weeks to address from the time it was done to the time the roof was finished and they did nothing then. My personal opinion is not to use this company. The 2 stars are due to the office and lack of communication. I throw out 1 stars and 5 star reviews when I read them and only read 2,3,and 4 stars"

"Got a visit from Mike Daunora one day about getting some new vinyl siding and getting rid of the old banged up aluminum siding. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, dealing with insurance company and always communicated with any updates. Today the crew from Roman's came in and knocked it out the park. So happy with everything from start to finish on their end and would/will recommend them to anyone"

"I had Romans Roofing for my second story siding on my 80-year-old house. Angelo handled my account, and he was amazing. Any questions I had, he answered them in a timely manner. The crew made quick work of it, and I just love the way it turned out. All the trim is very neat and tidy, and they did a great job with my new gutters as well. "We had hail damage. Joshua Muhm did an excellent job working with our insurance to get our siding covered. Roman's was out and replaced the siding. Also installed new gutters and trim in two days. They did an excellent job. Will highly recommend Roman's."
