"Nice little butcher shop. Looks sketchy from the outside because it's tucked behind a house, under construction, and not much signage, but it's not sketchy on the inside! They have a couple of fridges and a couple of freezer doors with meat. Prices are basically grocery store prices but you can actually see the animals out back at this shop. The quality is waayy better than a grocery store, too. I love the beef sticks and can't wait to try all of the flavors offered! Employees are helpful and really nice! Even got to try some smoked brisket that they had going while I was waiting in line to check out!"
"I highly recommend you stay away from this place, we ordered a 35lbs pig cooked not cut up when it was picked up got 2 3inch deep aluminum pans an a piece of aluminum foil, got home it was all rib bones cut 1inch pieces NOTHING else oh aluminum foil had 1 jaw bone, call today was told that was everything it is our policy to cut but when on phone was asked if wanted cut, don't get us wrong what little we had tasted good but how can you do dirty business an not give customers everything they paid for, all I gotta say is whoever got rest of our pig I hope you enjoyed it on our dime. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE, will recommend run fast before they do you dirty"
"If I could give ZERO stars I would! We ordered a pig 2 WEEKS ago for pick up the day after tomorrow … only for them to call at the end of business TODAY to tell us they won’t have the size pig we ordered but we can take one that is 30lbs heavier. When we said we couldn’t even fit an 80 lb pig into the roaster, they turned it back on us and said it was our fault for not ordering even earlier than 2 weeks in advance BUT their secretary told us to order 2 weeks before. That is ridiculous! SHAME ON YOU for doing such dirty business. The new management is garbage. Doesn't even care that they did us dirty for our Orthodox Easter. My family will NEVER do business with you again nor will anyone I know, if I can help it."
"Today, 2 days before Orthodox Easter, I get a call that they do not have the 2 pigs I ordered 2 WEEKS AGO ( Also I was told to call by the Deadline date and I did) but, they have 2 different sizes that are extremely different the what I ordered about 25lbs different! I am sorry but, that is NOT how you treat long time customers who have been coming for Generations. Now 2 families are put in an extremely difficult bind for the Holidays."
"This place holds a special place in my heart. When I was a kid my dad used to buy whole pigs and lambs here to roast on our homemade spit that my dad made from scratch. Now that I’m an adult I recently made the decision to purchase a whole pig from here, bacon/sausage/ham/ground pork etc and I am not disappointed with the price and results. I highly recommend everybody purchase beef and pork from your local butcher shop/ local farmer because they do not have the hormones, steroids, antibiotics and mRNA etc inserted into the animals. They roam free, and the meat is organic. At the store you have no idea what kind of meat you are purchasing. I gave this place a five out of five stars and I will come back to purchase more meat down the road."
