"Brandon, the manager trainee, is extremely rude. I can't believe a person in training would act this rudely. I, like the other reviews, made a reservation for a cargo van and they didn't have it when I showed up. He was rude and not helpful. I made the mistake of making a 2nd reservation a week later. Called in advance and he said he didn't see the reservation and I must have made it for the wrong day. This place needs a complete overhaul."
