The note he sold us was stolen, the LG he replaced it with didn't work right then the 2nd note which he said was his wife's phone kept acting up saying all the out going calls were foreign and we had to redial. Kept asking for money back. But owner refused. Just don't go there. Stay away."

"Horriable horrible place! This place tried to rip me off, I ordered and paid for a $200 phone an was told it would be in in a week to two weeks. A whole month an a half went by an no phone so i asked to get my money back an the idiot refused and started an argument with me mind you the idiot is a male and I am a 5ft female. Well finally he called the manager which is a relative of his an he told idiot to go ahead an give me my money back because there was no guarantee that I was gonna get the phone anytime soon!!"

"I like the store in general; they have a nice selection of phones and carriers, and for the most part if they don't have what you want it they can get it in a day or so. They employees are very nice and knowledgeable for the most part. BUT.....!!!! I bought my 3rd phone there, my sis has bought 6, and my mom has bought 3. All and all it's a good company. but ran into a small technical issue with my phone... It wasn't their fault but no matter what time a day it is, they seem to never answer their phones. I'm extremely angry...! The issue I have could be taken care of over the phone; but I guess I'm going to have to drive 45 min one way to get it taken care of. Other that a few small issues I will give this company a good rating compared to some of the others. The employees usually know you by your name and are just so nice. I just find it funny that a phone store can't answer the phone... LOL....!!! :)"
