"I rented a home from this company. Lynn and Jim pretend to be fair people but after living at the property for my 12 month lease they are looking for ridiculous reasons not to give us our deposits back. I put in a 30 day notice on the 11th month, I was never late on rent, I paid deposit plus a $300 pet deposit for my medium size house trained dog and left the place in better shape than I found it. Upon moving in I was told that the caved in garage would be fixed within 2 months and the clogged gutters would be replaced. Neither ever happened. The basement flooded every time it rained and now this company (Jim) is claiming it is going to cost him $3000 to clean the concrete basement. So my husband went to the home 20 days after moving out and power washed the basement with urine out and again with bleach just to try and resolve this out of court. They are still refusing to pay us OUR money. No wonder after 35 years in the reality business Jim is still a slum Lord in Gary Indiana."
