"DONT RENT THROUGH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE… Moved in my first apartment whole building was infested with RATS RATS couldn’t sleep there had to move out soon as I moved in they didn’t give me my deposit back slammed the window on me when I came to the office to return keys and asked them why did they rent knowing the building was infested even the other tenants in the building were complaining"

"Worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. First off, Megan is very rude and unprofessional. She ignores your message until you tell her you'd rather deal with a supervisor. She shows up to a viewing of homes looking very unprofessional. Dirty clothes,messy hair and she appears to be on drugs, missing teeth and signs of drug use on her face as well as how she carries herself. They tell you the application is free, just to tell you to fill out another application that costs $30. They keep the same homes listed on their website which leads me to believe it's a scam to get your application fee money.The house they showed had signs of bug infestation and was next to burned down buildings. I'm so glad we didn't rent from them."

"Just started a renting from here landlord sold the house to this company. Now having issues with payment it won't go through and I can't seem to communicate with anyone. Now seeing the reviews I am very worried.never been late on rent with previous owners. I don't know what to do both my rent payments have been. Declined both have been charged more then 5 days later then declined what is going on??"

"SLUMLORD!!!! Wont ever answer the phone unless its about rent, doesnt fix anything when to tell them stuff. Does not care if you have pests or bugs, they will say its your own problem even in a multi unit apartment. Horrible company a d the owner himself lives all the way in California"

"Definitely do not rent from this place, they never fix things on time. Then charge you for anything that is not self damaged inside the home. (example needed a new door to room old door began to fell apart) With all the equipment they have at the facility, it doesn’t make sense why they charge you to fix there own property when things in the house begin to break also, property had no appliance hook ups (laundry room no outside vent for dryer . Again, do not rent from these people !!! Also too they waited to fix things after i moved out including cutting down trees in front of home when i ask them several times to come out and maintenance the front yard property boss is a joke"
