"I was skeptical about joining a gym with coaches since I usually exercise on my own, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. I barely use my old gym membership now because I always opt for Orangetheory instead. I've had classes with most of the coaches and they're all amazing. They push you when you need it and guide you to make sure you're using good form. In the four months that I've been going, I've seen major improvements, especially with my cardio. I recommend giving them a try. I'm pretty sure they even let you do a trial class for free."
"I recently tried Orangetheory Fitness in Crown Point, and it was amazing! Coaches Adrian, Maggie, and Megan are great motivators, each with their own style. I’m sure the other coaches are great too, I just haven’t tried their classes yet! The music pumps you up, and the hour-long workout flies by. It's challenging but doable for all fitness levels because you can go at your own pace. As a physical therapist, I can say it's a solid workout that's fun for everyone. Coaches, staff, and other members are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a top-notch place for fitness, and I signed up the day after I tried my first class!"
