Avis Car Rental

"Customer service completely sucks and let me standard without a car after they told me that they sat one aside for me. The nightmare begin when the local branch texted me from their personal phone telling my my reservation was cancel on Wed Jul 31st 24. When I called the office I was directed to a 1-888 number for rentals with Uber. And they reassure me that they had a car ready for me when I get their Today Friday Aug 2, 2024. When I arrived via Uber the person who worked there told me that Avis has not service any of their cars for over a month and that they had no cars to rent out, as per the reservation. And when I spoke with customer service today. They were like the number that you call have nothing to do with us. They didn't beleive me that they was no cars to rents, and flat out told me that they nothing they are willing to do. And the supervisor lied to me stating that he didn't had a boss and then he said that he sending my information to his boss and I have to wait 4 to 6 hours, for them to get back to me. If they do. It was at 10:30 CDT 6 and half hours later nothing. They treated a Disable Veteran who doing this to try to pay his bills and rent the car so I don't have to get an oil change ever week. THIS IS NOT A VETERAN FRIENDLY COMPANY!!!"

"Don't come to this location they take additional fees from you after you drop off the vehicle even though you brought it back at the promise time and day. They took an additional $300 out of my account when I already paid $580 they said that we'd use it extra day We brought it back the day we returned it on time You go to this location they will charge you additional fees it'll be a hassle and they will not try to give it back to you Don't want to listen to what you have to say and try to explain how it works when you should already know how it works supervisor Ms Frazier tries to explain everything they already explain ed it when you first rented the vehicle if you want to rent a vehicle through Avis or budget you have to have money on your account and order to take the vehicle off the lot there's no way that I had no money then they charge me another $300 Don't waste your time with this location find a different one I'm still negative $400 and I've waited for the time for it to come back there should be no way in hell I'm negative"

"Yall made my car rental experience as easy as possible. Shout out to Greg, Walter, and Eric for helping me out with getting my vehicle situated without a hiccup. Thanks also to Trisha and Ms. Fraiser for keeping the environment light and friendly while I was there. Very clean office and car was amazing. Go check them out."

"The staff is somewhat ok for the most part. I believe they get over worked and need more help however Ms Frazier don’t do nothing but sit in that office and be rude all day! She really needs to be replaced her attitude and customer service is horrible and even worse with Uber drivers"

"Location opened at 8am but the employee did not show up until 845 stating bad traffic. After I finally received a vehicle not only was the interior filthy (food, wrappers, some sort of loose fluid in the rear cubby) it also had a spare tire on it. Not how I wanted to start my trip. Really disappointed as Avis typically provides clean vehicles and good service but this provided neither. Then to top it off when I returned the vehicle Avis called to ask me why it had the spare tire on?!"
