"Edited this review from a long time ago because the location is no longer the same as it used to be. Any time you go here, you'll ask for a certain flavor of ice cream and they'll never have it. And it's not because it's a busy location where product just sells out. It's usually pretty dead there. So you get the impression that they didn't even order it or it's in some back freezer somewhere and they were like, "Nahh, I'm not wasting my time putting that out today." It's so bad, in fact, that I finally just gave up and stopped going to this location. I got tired of hearing flavors weren't available and then being in the drive-thru trying to figure out which flavor to ask for next. I just basically told myself to pretend this place doesn't exist and to just go to either the location on US 30 or the one in Griffith."

"Terrible location, I'm just gone say that. How are you in walking distance to a large apartment complex and many homes to children(ice cream) & adults(caffeine) or whatever one wants and your dining area is never open. Oh, not to mention survey codes or the store number does not work when try to complete surveys which rises my suspension, is this a real store? But what I am seeing with the line up of many other restaurants or fast food establishments, their doing what they please. It's not about customer service anymore only a paycheck."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. Never have any flavors available and the speaker in drive thru is horrible...can't hear them well and when asked to repeat what they say, they get rude and tell you to wait.. FOREVER. I see why this place is never busy, who wants to go to an ice cream place that has no ice flavors that they advertise."

"Highly unreliable. Often they don’t have flavors of ice cream that they advertise, went there tonight at 8pm and they stated they were closing early tonight??!! Like your sign still says open and online it says you close at 10pm??! Was simply told “I’m sorry but we are just gokmg to close early today”. Unacceptable. I’d rather drive a couple miles south to the one on hwy 30 and get reliable service."

"I had previously given them 5 stars until I met the rude ass employee/manager named Z who I felt offended me when I visited this establishment. I definitely will not be back and I felt like he may have put something in my drink because it tasted awful i think that was his intention for me not to be satisfied so I threw it away... P.S. Z you are not black dude get over it"
