"Service department was very good. Bought my Cadillac in for service and was greeted by Guy who told me how long it would take and his time was right on. The waiting room is very nice with coffee and water and TV. Internet was excellent in case you need to do some work there. Will keep bringing my Cadillac there for service when needed"

"I called to schedule my 1st appointment since my CPO Escalade. I was told by the scheduler that it’ll be $180 fee for diagnostics. I mentioned that i have a warranty. Her response was “well we can’t just take your word on it” sounded a bit unprofessional to me but i moved on. I was transferred to Jay back in service. Jay went to look up the warranty info and told me, I didn’t have any warranty left on my vehicle. I insisted that the vehicle still was under factory warranty. He insisted it wasn’t and that it was only 3yr/36K and I was over both. I asked did i need to call Cadillac to verify that it was in fact a CPO. Jay told me no and that had the same info. Well I reached out to the purchasing salesman and showed displeasure in him being misleading. He told me to call another dealer or Cadillac, which i did and found out I’m under warranty for another year or so. I then called back to my local dealership to discuss this with Jay because I was mislead and frustrated that I accused my salesman as a liar. Fortunately I reached Gui in service and was taken care of much better this go round. I was ready to make a 30 min drive vs a 5 min drive to take care of my vehicle because of the way i was treated. Hopefully things are better moving fwd or I will be going to IL for service."
