"One of the associates at the desk is very rude and unprofessional. When I had a skin tag removal and had to take it to the hospital for testing, she handed me the bottle in a bag and said "Good luck with that" while looking like she was disgusted with it. The doctor himself I also found to be unprofessional at times. He took a phone call (not a brief one) while in an appointment with me, at times seemed to lack in his skill, he displayed unprofessional body language when I had to remove my shirt for an examination. If you're a doctor, you NEED to be comfortable with seeing people's bodies as it's part of the profession. Also, I used to have my birth control administered by a shot in my flank, but he refused to deliver it there most likely because he was "uncomfortable". He said I had to get it in my arm, but I knew for a fact that I didn't."

"I recently had an experience with Dr. Anekwe that I feel was beyond the call of duty. I called his service on the weekend to say I tested positive for Covid. The doctor called me within 10 minutes and started his questions to assess my health and tell me what to do. He asked the right questions and showed a level of concern that was appreciated. The following Monday his secretary called early to follow up. They were quick, concerned and on top of it. This staff never fails to do their job! I send all my friends there."
"Seems like the entire Methodist network in NWI, is sorely lacking in professionalism and skillset. Or they simply just do not care. Doctors need to realize you are being chosen and hired by the patient to do them a service. Having respect for the patient is crucial, and patients are vastly smarter than you think. Working in health care myself for 17 years and counting, I can say Methodist network is ran like a run-down county hospital that pill pushes the community while delivering extremely mediocre healthcare. Word of advice, go to Chicago for superb and attentive service. NWI health care will eradicate you slowly if you let them."
