I will NEVER contact them again terrible terrible work. He also lied saying they installed a new AC unit & they DID NOT. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"It really be pains me to leave this review but I was lied to for almost 3 months by 2 technicians telling me that my air conditioning wasn’t working because my furnace wasn’t grounded. They wanted me to pay for a new furnace for which they wanted $1700 from me on top of what ever they would get from my home warranty company!! My warranty company had an electrician come out for which I had to pay an additional fee to confirm that the furnace was in fact grounded. Comfort air was still trying to get a new furnace out of me saying that was the only solution. When I refused they recommended that my insurance company get a second opinion. Today a technician from another company came and in 10 minutes found a loose wire behind the thermostat!!! He never even looked in the basement!!! And now we have ice cold air!!! I am so pissed at comfort air for taking advantage of my intelligence and my time trying to make the most money out of the customer!! You should be ashamed!!! I will never use this company again and I will steer anyone bringing up this company’s name far away!!!"

"We had a tech by the name of Monique come by to diagnose our AC told us the circuit board was fried. She was supposed to file the diagnostic paperwork and submit to our home warranty. It’s been a week and no paperwork was filed so we can move forward with having our AC fixed. It reached 85 degrees in our house with two small children one of which is special needs. I called almost every day and was told the paperwork would be submitted. This is completely unprofessional. We had our claim reassigned to another company. Edit: I appreciate the owners response however I called Comfort aire several times and left voicemails. Also spoke to two representatives who forward me to the tech but still no response. If someone would have reached out to me about the paperwork I could have escalated with HWA. The ball was still dropped. Please communicate with your clients moving forward."

Ron was responsive, efficient and professional from our first conversation. His technician Monique was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing repair job. She's quite impressive in her craft and she and Ron the owner both went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was up and running in no time!
