I was nervous to attend at first since I had never done pilates… and let’s just I’m 30 classes in right now and each class is still super humbling! The instructors really bring the heat every class, and are always motivating you to push for your best yet to be kind to your body if accommodation is needed. I definitely recommend trying the classes here!"
