"Dr. Natasha is amazing. I went to her for pain in my foot pad and she used a tool and scraped whatever was hurting me out, painlessly, and I have no pain anymore since she did her magic. Additionally, I had to go back a week later for an ingrown toenail removal and she was great with it. I really appreciated how she talked me through the procedure as she did things. Also, and probably most importantly, I explained to her a horrible experience I had at another podiatrist a few years ago for an ingrown toenail removal and she was very caring, kind and sensitive to what I told her. The lidocaine shot burns like a mother going in and she took her time to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be with it. It meant a lot to me especially because I was traumatized about this specifically at an another podiatrist’s office. She is wonderful, caring, listens and does a great job! :)"

"This is not a review of the actual Dr. because I never had the chance to see her. The lady that answered the phone when I called to make an appointment could not seem to figure out how to input my information correctly. She said she accidentally deleted it and I patiently provided all the same information again. She then says my insurance member ID is coming up “not found”. I’m not sure what that means or what she was doing on the other end but I most certainly DO have insurance which is how I even found this provider. I made sure this provider accepted my insurance even before I called to try to make this appointment! The lady asked I repeat everything again, which I did, and she says again she’s not sure why it isn’t showing up. At this point I said forget it, I’ll find a different provider."

"I can’t thank Dr. Mandula and Steve enough. I was dealing with an ingrown toenail that was causing a lot of discomfort. She took care of it with no pain for me. If you have any foot/toe issues don’t hesitate, come see them and you won’t regret it."

"Highly recommend! I was in a lot of pain with an infected/ingrown toenail. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in! Steve has great customer service over the phone and made me feel at ease about everything. Dr. Mandula offered to remove my toenail that day but I was nervous and wanted to wait a week to see if things improved. I ended up calling in again a few days later because I was still in a lot of pain. Dr. Mandula got me in same day again. I ended up getting my big toenail fully removed-my appointment was at 3:30pm and I was walking out the door at 3:50pm. The procedure was painless and so quick and easy! I was at ease the entire time. I was a little nervous about the injection but it was truly painless and I barely felt a thing. I was also nervous about the the next few days but so far I’m pain free! I should have gotten this done weeks ago! If you’re in pain and nervous, just call and make an appointment."

"After 6 sessions of the radio wave treatment for my plantar fasciitis, my foot is almost completely pain free now. It’s honestly a miracle. When I first came in, I was in so much pain that I was ready for surgery that day. But Dr. Mandula let me know about the non-invasive radio wave treatment. I was skeptical (I thought my injury was too far gone) but willing to try anything to stop the pain. Two months after my first treatment I could work all day being on my feet with no pain.
